Primer or similar to reduce redness

I'm looking for a primer / cc cream / bb cream / tinted moisturiser / something that will make me look less red that I can wear on its on our under foundation. I am 30 and my skin is normal but can get dry in places.

I'd like it to be cruelty free and to be able to buy it in shops (rather than needing to order it online). I'd rather not spend too much if that's possible.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

That should say 'that I can wear on its own or under foundation'

Rimmel Insta Colour Correcting Primer is what you need, in green. It's fantastic stuff. It's makes a huge difference to the redness in my face. I bought it at Superdrug but I imagine Boots would also stock it.
