Pore/blackhead vacuum

Has anyone used a pore vacuum / suction device for their blackheads. I've seen one advertised and I'm tempted but do they work?

I've got the Krasr microdermabrasion gadget it's great makes my skin feel really clean and smooth. It has an attachment for blackheads.

Google sebaceous filaments first as they might not be blackheads. Paula's choice BHA has improved mine massively
