Can I have a little help please

Planning to wear this dress for a wedding next month, I already have it and have worn once but with carvella studded shoe boots as was for dinner with friends.

I'm 30 and feel fairly boring and that I've lost my style and also have got a bit fat.

Is a close family wedding and would like to look nice.

Am having hair and makeup done

Would like help with shoes, accessories, bag and hair and makeup ideas.

I'm a size 12, and have tonnes of hair it's dark, thick and goes to below bra strap

Thank you to anyone reading and willing to help!

Oh and need to be able run around after a toddler. Heels are a must, but comfy as possible!

I am 50 so no idea what’s hot and what’s not. Personally, I would pick out a red or lilac/lavender color from the dress or maybe an ivory or cream colour depending on your colouring for your accessories as black wouldn’t be appropriate for a wedding and road test the shoes yourself first. Think comfort, practicality and rewearability if cash tight.

I am sensing a bit of a boho chic vibe and of the wedding is fairly low key/Informal I think that is the look you should be going for. Wedge heels. I have still worn them at 8 months pregnant chasing after a toddler. As long as you would feel confident in walking in them of course. One of those cream/beige bohemian bags (round) they dont hold a lot maybe just your keys and a pair of sunglasses. Oh and is it outside? I think you could get away with wearing your hair out, get a wavy do and also ask the hairdresser for a nice braid style just to keep hair off your face (keeping it feminine and also for the bohemian vibe) also are you a fan of belts?! It could cinch in your waist a bit and give this dress more shape.

@Mammabear88 this photos doesn't show that it has a wrap around so a tie belt that wraps several times then into a bow this cinches my waist right in I'm also much boobier so looks very different on me than photo.

Wedding isn't outside (it's March) but does have a bit of a rustic theme and is in a barn.

I loathe wedges, absolutely can't stand them must be a 'proper' heel.
