Black tie outfit after mastectomy

So, I'm going to a black tie event in March which will be approx 7 weeks after my single mastectomy. I'm not sure if I'll have my proper prothesis by then. I'm thinking maybe a jumpsuit, nothing strapless maybe high halter neck? Any ideas?

What about this one

I’ve seen quite a few jumpsuits in the sales. Phase 8 had a really good sale on, might be worth a look

Good luck with your op. Xx

*users has good idea! Lovely cobalt blue one here on phase 8. Good luck from me too for op. X

Ooh I like the hush one! I've got a phase 8 where I live so I'll try and pop in!
Thanks for the suggestions.
Randomly, I rifled through my wardrobe today and found a black "pleather" Sisley dress it's a bit rock n roll but it may be suitable in an edgy way!

Not sure if you’ve heard of then but there’s a fab charity called Knitted Knockers, they basically crochet boobs to your own size. I used them before I got my ’proper’ prosthesis and preferred it to the NHS provided softie. Google them!
Good luck - and if you get the chance, further down the line, a stick on prosthesis is pretty amazing x

Thanks @40andfeelingit I've got a softie at the moment which is ok. I'm only a week out from surgery so not sure what foob I'll have by the time of the event! My nurse mentioned the stick on foobs, are they pretty good?

Much better. I had to wait until they were happy my skin was completely healed but the best thing is you can wear normal bras again as you don’t need a pocket for your foob.
Another tip is knitted knockers do a swimming version, filled with shower scrunchies, and amazingly ASDA was the best, reasonable value, post surgery swimwear x

@40andfeelingit that's a great tip re the swimming knitted knockers!
