Quiet hair dryer?

Hi. I'm looking for a quiet hair dryer. My daughter is autistic and can't tolerate the noise of a regular one. Does such a thing exist?! I'd love to be able to dry my hair properly. Thanks

The Dyson ones are quieter that standard ones. They are available with free delivery and returns and a 35 free trial period from the Dyson website so even though it’s a massive investment it might be be worth a try.

I wondered about those. But they're sooo expensive! Good I could trial it though....

I don’t find them much noticeably quieter than a standard one but it’s a different sort of noise, more of a loud soft hum than the rattly roar of standard ones (that’s not a good description, Perhaps someone more articulate can explain better)
