Just thought I would do a public service announcement.

The Seasalt Original Seafolly are down to £39.95 and when you get to the till they take another 15% off. I didn't think I would get one but they do have some sizes left.

I got caught in pissing rain in York on Saturday, dressed inappropriately. Saw these in Seasalt and bought one on impulse and got the additional money off at the till. It’s a great buy for £35.

BertrandRussell · 28/01/2019 08:12

The Seasalt sake has been brilliant this year. I’ve bought loads of stuff.

SmellsLikeAdultSpirit · 28/01/2019 08:14

What is their sizing like?

ArtisanPopcorn · 28/01/2019 08:20

Thanks! I really need a coat with a hood, got a lovely mustard one Smile

ThanksItHasPockets · 28/01/2019 10:56

Sizing is fairly generous.

Greyhound22 · 28/01/2019 14:35

I find them quite generous :) I've ordered green and red with the idea of sending one back but this may or may not happen.

Thanks. I've ordered green
And some slippers

Darkbaptism · 28/01/2019 14:57

Thanks! I just ordered an extra long one for £60.

Sexnotgender · 28/01/2019 15:03

Love seasalt, got some lovely tops and jumpers in the sale.
Didn’t need a jacket though as I got a great bargain in the next sale of a wax Barbour down from £269 to £95!

ThanksItHasPockets · 28/01/2019 16:49

Thanks for this, OP. I love my Janelle and have coveted a yellow Seafolly for a while as a lighter waterproof. I also got some striped Breton tops for the DC which were a ridiculous £4.25 once the extra 15% was applied. Nice to see kids’ clothing presented as genuinely unisex, with boy and girl models together.

BertrandRussell · 28/01/2019 18:04

I’ve already bought loads in the sale- but have just bought slippers and a bandana for the dog!

Greyhound22 · 29/01/2019 07:09

@Sexnotgender that's bargainous. I really want a wax but am holding out for the Joules seconds sale I'm going to soon.

Thanks - I've now been back on and done another order - boxes of socks as presents and I didn't see the kids tops - have stocked up on those for Autumn as he has enough now. I do love a proper sale.

I also agree that it's lovely to see boys and girls modelling the same clothes together.

It really was! I was delighted with itSmile

Next can be amazing for that kind of thing. Unfortunately I’m too fat to wear it right now as I’m 41+3 weeks pregnant Grin soon though!

Magic.i just went back a Seasalt order that was all trousers, none of which fitted round my chunky calf muscles.

But I have now ordered a Bowspirit jacket for £50 instead of £120, and ir’ll Be perfect for spring.

BikeRunSki · 29/01/2019 16:29

Sadly my DC are too big for the kids clothes now. I had some tops and a fleece for DD, 2nd hand,a few years ago, which were lovely.

Polkapjs · 29/01/2019 21:18

I’m between12-14 in coats. I like to move my arms- should I go 14 do you think?

BertrandRussell · 29/01/2019 21:33

Yes-I’d go 14.My Seasalt coat is a size up.

BikeRunSki · 29/01/2019 21:50

Seasalt don’t cut for people with wide shoulders or big boots - I have both and always size up for anything that is not stretchy.
