Anti ageing Moisturiser for very sensitive skin

I have roseacea and my skin reddens very easily in response to products and heat/cold. There are plenty of moisturisers for very sensitive skin but I can’t find one that also specifically focuses on the needs of maturer skin (I am 50 with dry dehydrated skin). Any suggestions?

47 with sensitivity and dry skin. I use the Medik 8 range.

That said I really like the embryolisse moisturisers too (big boots or boots online)

Oh Medik 8 also do a specific one for redness/roseacea
