How to style these grey boots

My ash bought me these grey boots 2 years ago.
They have sat unloved as I don’t know what to wear them with.
My wardrobe consists of black dresses, skirts, jumpers, tops and skinnies.
Ocassionaly I add some dark/forest green tops.
Help

That should be husband not ash!!

I'd say skinny jeans and floaty tops/nice blouses. Grey will work with most colours, maybe add a blazer or a light jacket and some necklaces, long. Could also wear with skinnies and loose fitting or oversized jumpers. Big scarf.

I tend to steer clear of dresses/skirts with a thin heel and would save those for boots with a more chunky heel.
