Nail care for gel ravished, paper thin nails

After having a year of gel nails, and peeling them off, I'm left with paper thin weak nails. Can anyone recommend a nail care routine and or alternative to gel nails please.

Nailtiques number 2 is good as is Sally Hansen diamond strength- and time. I was the same August through December but they grew out ok

Nailtiques No. 2 and regular cuticle oiling... I like Solar Oil!

Try a supplement too - they do make a difference with nails I think.

I use Dr Haushka neem oil.

It's a real little miracle.

You need these two definitive things

Biotin for the inside. This works and works fast. Will also make your hair beautiful. It rescuerd my hair after pregnancy and my paper thin nails were hard as, well, nails all of the sudden Grin. http://www.google.co.uk/shopping/product/14043418582998678280?lsf=seller:8646600,store:17038214829349886371&prds=oid:3371597268636973742&q=biotin+supplement&hl=enGB&ei=6V5MXKCKFOOi1fAPnNC26AY&utmmmedium=cpc&utmsource=google&lsft=gclid:Cj0KCQiAp7DiBRDdARIsABIMfoDVDtFl8BqSfN3GON2Ksosc-zYZnNDkc0iuH3qJJsYsZIkpVQ44p1AaAmOkEALwwwcB,gclsrc:aw.ds

This on the outside. Pricey but totally worth it. Thousand times better than any of the sally Hansen stuff.

@Girlsnightin it's amazing isn't it. I am typically very sceptical about topical treatment but this stuff is somehow amazing!

Take a daily biotin supplement and use Burt's Bees lemon cuticle cream.
