Best underwear for bodycon dress?

I need some underwear that holds in all over (not just waist and bum like my current spanks do. Needs the bra bit as well otherwise the fat rolls over the top. Anything foolproof? Would like it to cinch waist!

You need to try on to make sure it's not too restrictive though. They take a little getting used to, then it feels like someone is giving you a cuddle all day.

An all in one body suit? Looks kind of like a one piece swimsuit. It would definitely hold everything in, but you would need to try it out beforehand imo. M&S sell them in black and a v unsexy beige colour.
