Flats with wrap dress in winter

What flat shoes can I wear with a wrap dress in winter? I have neutral brogues to go with a red dress which look fine in warmer weather but not in winter. And I have black knee high boots which go with my black dress in winter but look too heavy with the red dress.

What do you wear?? Please don't suggest heels as I cannot abide them

Loafers, darker oxfords or derbys, ankleboots, knee high boots. TBH I think the issue is the colours rather than the styles of your shoes and boots. Either in e.g. burgundy or brown could go with both dresses. Good excuse for new shoes!
