Sudden dry skin - help!

Over the last few days (possibly related to cold weather) my skin has suddenly turned really dry, I have a really dry patch on one of my eyelids and a dry rash near my mouth. I haven't changed my skin care at all but my usual moisturiser/serum combo is not cutting it and my skin still feels dry after using it. My hands also feel dry and I have been using hand cream, which I don't usually bother with, to no avail.

Any ideas/recommendations. My eyelid in particular is really annoying me as putting eyeshadow on really accentuates it

I feel your pain. I’m combating with hydrating masks, gallons of heavy moisturiser and trying to up good oils in my diet.

I think this time of year just conspires to make you look shit though.

Thank you, remembered I had a sample moisture mask/cream thingy I'd got from a friend so shattered that on last night before bed, and it's made a big difference. Still got the dry patch on my eye though
