Recently been watching a make up artist with BB and fancied some of the products. Has anyone used the foundation stick? She blends it with a makeup brush and makes it look so easy. I also
Liked the
Vanilla eye crayon thing she used - really brightening eyeshadow that apparently doesn't crease nor slide off.

Any BB fans here? If so, where do you buy it? Any tips for getting it cheaper?

Yes I've used it.

I've seen the video you mean- it's on the BB site isn't it?

It's changed over the years. New formula does not imo give much coverage if you need that.

You need to use a lot- it doesn't blend that easily unless you really swipe it all over.

I use it mainly if I am out for a whole day and want to top up my liquid foundation (Dior) without dragging a glass bottle of it in my bag.

My own feeling is I find it feel a bit sticky on my face. It gives what I'd call a 'flat' finish, semi matte but not glowy.

I think I've bought it 3 times over the year.

You might love it, but what you need to do is book an appt with them and have a free make over using it- or just ask to try the stick.

I have got the long wear vanilla eye shadow and am not impressed. It's no better for me than using some foundation on my eyelids and it's one of my worst buys. I like the other long wear eyeshadow sticks- in Stone.

ps you can't get it cheaper as far as I know. I tend to buy online because

THEY WILL REFUND ON ALL FOUNDATIONS IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM.

(Do check just to make sure)

and they also include some tiny free samples with each order.

I like BB but wear the lipsticks mainly. I love their eyeshadow pallets from a couple years ago - sadly don’t seem to do them anymore.
Their shadow sticks have been great for this contact lens wearer but sadly of the 4 I have had 3 have cracked - terrible for such an expensive product soI have stopped buying!

I've used the foundation stick but found it really oily. I have combination skin, it went on really well but after a couple of hours my face just looked really greasy and I could really feel it on my skin. I suppose it might be better if you have normal or dry skin.

I do use the corrector and concealer and find it really good for dark circles.

I've used the foundation stick and think it's good - but recently Revolution released a similar one which is just as good for a fraction of the price.
