The White Company - prices are now sky high

Received their latest catalogue today- my eyes my eyes! Their prices.

I have a few TWC items- bathmats, bedding, jumpers etc- mainly bought in sales. I can see barely anything now for under £100.
Even their skincare range which has no 'credibility' as far as I can tell other than nice packaging, is Clarins price.

Amazingly, they were one of the few companies to continue to grow and make an increase in profit last year- we all know why!

I could buy everything they have almost- love the bedding and covers etc- but I just feel they are ripping people off and relying on Sloaney types to buy it all.

Am I alone ?

Friend worked for them and said they changed a lot of suppliers a year ago, resulting in a lot of returns with quality complaints.

I realised this when I saw a candle in there that was £120!!! ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS. For something you literally, set on fire.

I had a beautiful poncho, which shrunk/felted after one careful hand wash - really put me off them. Can't remember how much I paid for it. It fits my 9 year old dd now!
