WHAt is this style of trousers called?

It’s the really slouchy part at the top that I’m looking for. The folds at the waist create so much extra material around the hips and I love that look but don’t know what to search for. Please help!

Try pleated wide legs.
I love the look too (although not trailing on the pavement unless you have a chauffeur).
