Bra solution for backless dress?

I have just bought a lovely new dress in the sales for an upcoming black tie event.

One problem, it is backless and I need support for my 32f boobs!

Strapless won't work, and back/ sides too low for cunning low back bra. Anyone used one of the "stick on" bras? Boob tape? Any other ideas or suggestions ?

This could be a bit of a pain but could you get a tailor to sew in a bra/'cups'? I'm 34E so not quite as big but I did this for a dress I wore to a wedding and it worked amazingly. I managed to find a really good tailor (who works from home so not part of a larger store who charge the Earth !) and she did it for £15

I have had a few brides wear the stick on cups, and they said they were amazing, but all were c cup or less. Do you have a specialist lingerie shop near you? I expect they'd be the best option for you if you have time to visit them.

I don't think the stick on bras will do anything for you with he size of your breasts. I would go for tit tape and lots of it. Don't think it will be very comfortable though.

I think I might have to go the gaffer tape route..
