La Roche Posay or The Ordinary

I’m looking to get LRP’s vitamin c, hyalu B5 and redermic R.

However I was wondering whether anyone would suggest The Ordinary’s products over LRP? Or any other brand for that matter.

At just over six quid for the exfoliant drops, I'd go for the Ordinary.

I use both brands. LRP Effaclar for cleansing and moisturising and LRP Redermic R for eyes but then TO's Granactive Retinol 2% Emulsion for rest of face (pm) and TO vitamin C 23% suspension (am). The Redermic R tube lasts me a whole year even though it's tiny and at £8 for TO retinol I can go to town slathering that on elsewhere.

@kindnessisall do you notice a difference from using the redermic r eye formulation too?

It's hard to tell - I'm 48, have been using it once daily for 2 years and don't have much in the way of eye lines. Doesn't do anything for dark circles though! But I'm sold on it. I think one of the broadsheets listed it as a top 5 eye cream which is how I found out about it and guru Dr Sam Bunting mentioned it in a YouTube video. That was the rubber stamp for me Grin

Better put your Ordinary order in now. Founder Brandon Truaxe has died and goodness knows what Estee Lauder will do to Deciem now.
He was a true revolutionary- very very sad
