Bright blue jeans, where to look?

Hello fashionable peeps,

I have a few neon tops and want to wear them with a brighter blue pair of jeans. Am I mad? I was thinking jeggings with a looser top but don't want to spend tons. Any thoughts on where, I was thinking River Island Molly or Next.....

Have you tried TopShop? I have bought bright blue jeans there in the past. A staff member told me before that it is a seasonal colour so if they don’t have them in stock now, they should have them back by spring/summer.
