Hair Lightening Products

I have a 20 year reunion next month and would like to attend as a better-looking me! My hair is a mousey/greyish/blondish colour which I would like to lighten to improve my appearance.
I highlighted my hair for years, stopping a couple of years ago, happy to let the grey grow in naturally. I am still more than willing to go down this route but would like a bit of a boost when meeting some rather glamorous old friends! I'd prefer to avoid permanent hair-dye but wonder if there is semi-permanent shampoo/treatment which would do the job?
TIA

You could try the Paul Mitchell purple/blue shampoo or his Forever Blonde range, they might sell it on amazon im not too sure, or on the sallys trade shop website, it won't colour your hair but it really helps to brighten blonde hair.

Silver shampoo from the cheapy shops is pretty good 👍

How about the John Frieda Blonde lightening spray?

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll have a look at the reviews.

How about a hair toner? You can get shampoos that add colour to your hair and you're better going darker as the lighter ones won't show.
Try Superdrug.

I work in Sallys and depending what area you're in, should be able to go into a trade/retail store and get a silver shampoo (but I would check that they accept retail customers into their store). If not, get a hairdresser/beautician friends postcode and you can use their trade card by giving their post code.

The best thing for a quick fix is the Osmo super silver shampoo, it's amazing. Best around by far. Works as a toner.
