Need a new primer

I used Clarins Baume Eclat for ages, than stopped using it and never really noticed a difference.
I have since succumbed to the body shop instablur but can't get to grips with it, it comes out of the tube in bits and doesn't seem to blend it - I don't know what I am doing wrong haha.
I did have a sample of a chanel one but it was too expensive to buy again - but it was beautiful.

So what primers if at all do you recommend?

I use Laura mercier radiance and really like it for that subtle glow without shine. It just makes you look well. But I have not used other primers - it’s been my first outing with one. Depends if you want mattifying for oily skin or what skin type you are I guess OP? Some are more suited for certain skin types.

I've used Avon in the past which was fine, especially at the price - £10 full price, but usually £6-ish. I do really rate Benefit primer; I've just started using benefit pearl primer and it's even better for me than the original one. If you go to their counter they may be able to give you a sample. That's how I discovered it.

I like the rimmel one

Have used a few - my current favourite is Laura Mercier Radiance Primer. Gives a lovely healthy glow, goes on really easily and foundation sits really well on top of it.

Becca backlight

Lanacane anti-chafing gel is my 'go to' primer. It depends what type of primer you are after, but if you want the clear siliconey gel pore filling style ones, then just get Lanacane.

Benefit porefesional is a good one. My skin feels so soft with it on.

I got the nip n fab one recently. It's great for greasy skin! They have it in TK Maxx at the moment.
