Waterproof walking trousers for long legs

I'm really struggling to find some long legged waterproof walking trousers. I have looked but all I can find is short or regular.
Mens don't sit right so that doesn't work.
Has anyone found any? Either by accident or design. I'm a 34 inside leg.

You could get nikwax and waterproof something that fits. They'll never be as waterproof as gortex etc, but drizzle and light rail will head and run off. Something mostly cotton is best if your nixwaxing.

Another alternative is a polartec type fleece joggers, while not waterproof they stay warm while wet and dry fast.

You can nixwax them as well but it doesn't really last as well.

Also it really depends on how heavy the rain is and how long your out in it

Great suggestion but I don't know if I'll ever get round to it. I will certainly have a go if all else fails.

I was going to suggest Acai thermal trousers. Just got myself a pair, very comfy and warm. Haven't tested the waterproofness yet but reckon they'll be good.

Have you tried Rohan or 'city style' cycle (Rapha, Vulpine etc) ones? Do you want overtrousers or the actual trousers to be waterproof? Cycle over trousers are a much better/closer cut than outdoor/camping brands which tend to flap about.
