Sore spot on my chin. I need it gone

I never had acne. I get this maybe once a year. A sore lump like. Bruise but all red. No head.

I’d like to know what to do with it.

Hot flannel to bring it to a head, the squeeze from the outside into the centre.

It witchazel to dry it up.

I usually attack these with a good squeeze using my knuckles. Sometimes they explode other times they just hurt.

I get these too. Pixie glow Tonic usually does the trick
