Has anyone got any idea on the make or exact shirt in this picture? It’s the shirt Spencer is wearing in Spencer, Vogue & Baby too, episode 2.

I have this top - it's from H&M, i think it's from a collaboration range. I did get it a couple of months ago but i have seen a few in the sale.
