21st birthday brands - jewellery

I'm looking for a gift for a 21st birthday. I'd like to buy a necklace, but want to know some nice brands that I could have a look at?

Budget about £40/£50.

Have a look at Hiho silver. I've got a few things from them and they have all been great.

Would they like nice handmade jewellery - in which case go to Etsy - or big brand stuff? Hit the sales and get more for your money.
