Dreaded top lip and above lines

I'm mid 40's and my upper lip area (above between nose and top lip) creases are starting to deepen.

What miracle product should I use? I only use organic stuff and use a Dr Hauschka eye cream - would this suffice?

I am afraid the only remedy is filler, i had fairly deep lines, and had fillers, i was very pleased ewith the result and they last a long time

Only a very small amount of filler is injected, with numbing cream put on about 20 minutes before, and filler usually has anaesthetic in with it,
I didnt find it painful at all but might depend on your practitioner
It works straight away, but i found it improved afte a couple of weeks, i had it done in October and still looks good, and my liplines were bad, with being an ex smoker
