Chunky calves and Fly London boots

I've just bought some Maz Fly London boots reduced. They are beautiful. However, they're slightly tight to do up, right and the top as I have chunky calves. Anyone any experience of Fly London boots? Will the leather give slightly with wear do we think? I love them but if they're not going to give a bit they'll have to go back 😔

I have some Suli which fit fine on the calf. They are very soft leather s=and if yours are the same I would think thye would stretch
