Where is my chin?

I have just turned 35 and looking into a bit of an overhaul skincare etc wise..
I was looking through some recent photos of a holiday and it looks like I have a receding chin. I have never noticed this before and assume it must be another wonder of aging...
I am really aware of it now, it definitely is a new thing.
Does anyone have any recommendations with facial exercises or anything else. I wouldn’t consider surgery but maybe there is something a dentist can do....(clutching at straws here..)
I am really thin and it just looks like my skin on my neck is sortof pullinh the chin. Hard to describe...... its horrible though! It’s difficult to know though as some angles it looks ok

I don't think there's much you can do that will change your basic facial bone structure, short of jaw surgery or chin implants. I don't know that it's related to ageing, but sagging skin and muscles will certainly make it look worse, so laugh lots and try not to let your weight yo-yo. I doubt anyone else notices, and it's very common anyway- a nice smile (and great hair if you're lucky enough to be able to achieve that!) will almost certainly make it totally disappear to most people!
