Skin sleep issues

A little bit light hearted because I know you lot will make me laugh - disclaimer.

You know when you get creases when you sleep - well mine are taking much longer to go away. As in they're not unless I intensely moisturise. I've also read about using silk pillow cases but really is there no end to this growing old crap! I'm currently getting hormone tests for menopause (45) and was speaking to a friend the other day about chin hairs and hot flushes. What other gorgeous things are coming my way?

Yep I’m the same age as you and ‘pillow face’ is taking much longer to settle !!

Yep ! Sometimes I wake up and I’ve been sleeping face down - it’s not pretty lol. It doesn’t seem to make a difference what products I use, it just seems to be my skin collapsing overnight 😂

P.s. don’t even mention the chin hairs 😮

What other things are coming your way OP? It depends on the individual. But could include sleeplessness, thinning hair on the head and eyebrows, and weight gain especially around the tummy. Some get acne on the face. Vagina dryness, breast pain. And oh mood swings. It's a host of confusing symptoms.

It's so unfair. I'm an empty nester, I should be enjoying myself not worrying about my droopy skin and I've noticed my eyesight has taking a hit too!
