Has anyone ordered anything from cos online before? How was it? Good returns process etc? Thank you

Yes it was all fine, arrived promptly and processed return correctly. Rather expensive though, £6 I think.

Yes, several times. All fine if a little slow in refunding (bought multiple sizes to try on). Very straightforward. I tend to use the pick up/ collection points though, for their DPD deliveries.
