I've been using Clinique take the day off. Is there anything similar and cheaper for a first cleanse please!? Budget has tightened. Thanks

I use oil (almond or olive usually) removed with a hot flannel. It just melts everything right off.

I use the body shop chamomile cleansing butter

I like the Simple hydrating cleansing oil. I have rosacea and eczema prone skin so I’m best with no fragrance, and my skin loves this. It’s very reasonable too :-)

Both the Superdrug hot cloth cleansers are excellent and very cheap.

I love balm for the first cleanse - have tried most from Emma Hardie and Eve Lom to Clinique and my favourite that I would recommend and always repurchase is the body shop camomile cleansing balm. I use a cream cleanse as my second cleanse (or only cleanse in morning or if not wearing makeup)
