Too loud for a wedding?

I'm going to a friend's wedding (registry office the village hall so fairly relaxed I think) in April and I was hoping to get a dress in the sales. I really like this dress but is it too loud for a wedding?

Ooh that’s lovely op! I love the colours & pattern. A wrap style like that is very flattering on a lot of shapes & sizes too. Go for it!
