Make up class for teen daughter

I’d like to take my daughter to a makeup class, just to learn the basics and be able to apply light make up. Let me know if you know any short, 1-2 hour, classes in London (central or north). Thanks so much!!

Dont teenagers learn make up off you tube these days can't you help her find a decent channel and she can crack on, make up classes sound a bit 1950s tbh.

Make up counters offer lessons too but i imagine each brand has their own "look"

The Mac make up counter in John Lewis let you do a make over for £50 but then you spend the £50 on make up there. They apply it though so not strictly a lesson

Thanks so much! Will try the Mac counter, sounds good, and she can get some make up there too.

You can book lessons with Bobbi Brown for free online. More natural than Mac IMO.

Just had a look they do a ‘first make up bag’ lesson.

I did a ‘make up’ lesson at MAC woth my daughter. It was great fun. She learned how to do a whole make up look she liked and I learned how to do a good base layer and also a smokey eye.
They ask what you’d like to learn and go from there.
It was a really lovely mother and daughter afternoon.

Second for Bobbi Brown. They do a 'teen make up' which is all about skin care as well as make up. It was lovely, although I did spend a small fortune. Smile

That’s great! Thanks so much all!
