Urban Decay or Tom Ford eyeliner?

I'd like buy a felt tip type eyeliner, which brand is best? Have green eyes and am in my 40s. What colour liner would you go for? Sick of looking tired around the eyes!

I really like the Kat Von D tattoo liner and Supercat by Soap and Glory.

Kat Von D is the best I've ever used the tattoo one as PP suggests.

Is the the kat von d one easy to use? I am not good at applying eyeliner!

I think Urban Decay is so overrated

I am absolutely rubbish at applying eye liner but I can use the Kat Von d no problem!

Purple/plum can be good for green eyes.
I avoid KvD as she is an anti-vaxxer and I don't want to support that.
