And will they be good for work/corporate wear?

I think they look nice if you have relatively slim ankles. I like to wear them with heels or ballet flats and a soft shirt. Do you have any recommendations? Smile

The point? They look better and much more chic on me than full length. Especially for corporate wear.

DietRite · 11/01/2019 19:40

Yeah I have slim ankles. But won’t they shorten legs? I have long legs but just wondering if that’s the case visually.

I think they're very flattering, main downside is the chilly ankles!

fiorentina · 11/01/2019 22:30

I find them flattering and easy to wear at work with boots or heels or pointed flats. Great with a nice shirt or polo neck when my office is cold.

SimplyPut · 11/01/2019 23:04

I'm a huge fan. So versatile with a brenton top, silk blouse, fine knit etc

goose1964 · 11/01/2019 23:49

I've long legs and they just look like my trousers have shrunk in the wash

Mercurial123 · 12/01/2019 01:45

They've been around for years so they are obviously popular. The point is they look good on a lot of people.

justilou1 · 12/01/2019 01:53

I’m 5ft1 - they’re awesome because I have 7/8th legs.

DietRite · 12/01/2019 09:27

Can I wear ballet flats and brogues like these or do I have to wear heels with this type of pants?

OP posts:
ferretface · 12/01/2019 10:52

I wear with ballet pumps, brogues and heels. Also can work with ankle boots if you roll the cuffs up slightly further so there's a little gap between bottom of cuff and top of boot.

FaceLikeAPairOfTits · 12/01/2019 10:58

I have short muscular/fat legs and peg leg 7/8 length is definitely the most flattering for me. I wear them with ankle boots and occasionally heels. I don't wear ballet flats or brogues as my feet are small and look ridiculously trotter-ish in them.

Floweroct2 · 12/01/2019 21:32

Does anyone have any good recommendations?

CountFosco · 13/01/2019 00:07

Boden Richmonds or Gap bi stretch ankle pants Flower.

I wear them with flat laceups and snazzy socks. Or ankle boots with trainer socks if a bit warmer. Another shorty who loves them. A word of warning though, don't wear with a cropped cardigan with 3/4 length sleeves, you'll look like you shrunk all your clothes!
