Jeans and over the knee boots

I love over the knee boots, got loads. I can only wear them with tights though, as when I try to put them over skinny jeans, the jeans tuck up, resulting in too much jean at the top.
Anything I can do to prevent this?

Move back to 1990😂 obviously just joking but I think that look is at least 15 years out of date, stick with tights.

I try to wear these but I think you need to be reasonably tall, I look horrendous as it cuts my very short legs in half.

Ok thank you tights it is. I don’t really worry about being out of date - at my age I can’t help it. Not can I help my legs. (5’ - total, not just the legs 😢)
