Cos quality, anyone else had issues?

I’ve been happy shopping at Cos for quite a few years now, but seem to have had a tragic run of luck recently, which is making me wonder whether I ought to bother going back.

Ok, it isn’t designer or high end, but it is still fairly pricey for the high street. Until this past year or so, I hadn’t had any issues apart from occasional, bizarre sizing surprises.

In past 12 months I’ve had one merino jumper unravel at the neck & cuffs.

a pair of cashmere socks sprout holes in toes and unravelling at top (I don’t usually make toe holes in socks or have long nails).

A suede bag had to be returned due to odd stains appearing on it before I even used it.

a cotton shirt sprouted a hole by the shoulder, and a lovely grey jersey top washed and ironed terribly and won’t regain shape. I care for them well and did hand wash the jersey/dried flat.

Just that,really. Kind of makes me wonder if things are going south.
Anyone else?

I’ve had three blouses where the stitching at the cuffs/hem has come undone. I’ve repaired them but had hoped for better. I’ve had no issues with holes.

I've not had any issues. Their cotton jumpers are still really well made. I've had a merino jumper for six months it washes well and no unravelling. Their t shirts are still great quality as is their swimwear.

I've had no issues with faulty clothes from Cos. However, I've had issues with buying things from their stores where the security tags have made holes in the clothing as the tag right into the fabric as opposed to the seams. But that's a whole other thread!

This hasn’t happened with any of my older stuff, which is still doing great.

It’s a shame, because I love their clothing.
