Best high waist skinny jeans for short and curvy

Currently living in Primark super high waist skinny jeans but would like to find a perfect fit if possible. I'm under 5ft and curvy size 16. Previously swore by Asda wonderfit but find they roll down a bit with the mum tum. M&s were just ok, Dorothy Perkins were unflattering.

Any ideas on where I should try preferably without breaking the bank? I'm hoping I won't be this size for too long.

Simply be waist shaper jeggings. Really comfortable. I'm curvy too and short and have found these to be the best fit. Sainsbury's are good too.

Topshop Joni jeans are the best I found - I've been wearing them for years. Small enough for the waist and really stretchy everywhere else. But also looking for other recommendations as there's always room for improvement

Don't Topshop come up tiny? I haven't shopped in there since I was 18, do you size up with them?

Next - Lift Slim and Shape. They come in a short length.

I have both the Primark ones and these ones. And the Next ones are 5000% better, obviously more expensive tho'.

Topshop jeans are really good for curvy / pear shaped types as the waist really does nip in further (compared to hips) than other shops. But my fear is that if you wear a 16 in Asda you might find they don’t fit. Have you tried GAP’s curvy range?

New Look Yazmin jeans are my new best friend. I’m 5’ 2”, curvy 14, and have ridiculously short legs.

Tesco high rise skinny contour jeans. Just thick enough to conceal my cellulite, stretchy enough to be comfortable.
