Little treat ideas...

Hi Ladies,

Just looking for some inspiration for little weekly treats as a reward for quitting smoking and being healthier!

Just before NYE I had a mini stroke and it was just the wake up call I needed to start looking after myself better.

I'm about 4 stone overweight and i've smoked 20 a day for the past 15 years.

I'm only 35 years old!

I've decided to focus on being a healthier, slimmer me in 2019!

Today is day 9 of healthy eating and no smoking! I lost 4 lbs in the first week and treated myself to a coconut hand cream and lip balm set from the Body Shop.

Any suggestions for this weeks treat?

Forgot to add, ideally I'd like the treats to be less than £10ish, as when I'm 6 weeks smoke free, I'm going to treat myself to the entire Drops Of Youth skin care range from the Body Shop!

My friends have been raving about it and I'm desperate to try it but want to wait so I have something to aim for!

If you like skincare, look fantastic have lots of face masks & eye masks for under £5.

I go for slipper socks, nail varnish or a coffee and a magazine in a cafe somewhere.

I’m also trying to ditch dairy at the mo so am drinking a lot of fruit teas etc. I’ve decided I’m going to buy myself a diffuser and some posh ones once I’ve been successful for a month.

A book

Well done on getting to day 9 of your new healthy regime! I just bought a lovely Sara Miller card holder from JL. They also had some lovely stationary and travel cups.

I also like a quick browse in Accesorize - nice pair of earrings or necklace maybe.

Not style or beauty, but the only thing that gets me through January and February are bunches of tulips and daffs. I like a vase on the kitchen table and one on the mantelpiece - so cheering, and very cheap in the supermarket.
