Best t moisturiser for extremely sensitive and also spot prone skin?

I’m currently on roaccutane treatment for acne. It’s made my skin very dry and flakey on the surface yet it still gets oily by the end of the day. I’ve tried cetaphil but it’s very greasy and shiny looking and has actually brought me out (I think) in little pimples.
Any suggestions?

Im having surprising success with my sensitive skin with Lush 'celestial' moisturiser. (I don't have acne though).
Im also using ultra balm cleanser. Neither is aggravating redness or causing me spots. They feel very soothing

Avene Cleanance Expert is really good and I have oily skin, it doesn't cause congestion. I tried Is Roche Posay before but ended up with lots of tiny spots.

PragmaticWrench La Roche possay did that to me too. I’m not sure what ingredient it is in it that my skin really didn’t like. But yep after a week caused lots and lots of tiny spots

I find CeraVe very gentle. The lotion and the cream. It’s sold in Boots now.

Clinique moisture surge gel helped calm and soothe my overly sensitive skin.

Dr Sam's flawless moisturiser

One of the few that doesn't cause me to get little spots.

Also La Roche Posay Toleraine range is fine for me.
