Anyone had problems with these?
Placed an order Christmas Day on look fantastic. Stated would be received in two days. Fine. Two days later tracking was just saying order received. Waited a few more days nothing. Emailed customer service to enquire- no explanation no apology just 'do you want a refund or replacement'
Like an idiot didn't realise hairhq is the same company and ordered the same thing again. Opted for next day delivery. You've guessed it. Looked on tracking and said 'sent to incorrect depot'. Again emailed customer service and absolutely nothing back.
I'm really pissed off as it's a specialist product I desperately need and would have just gone to a shop and paid more if I knew how crap they would be.
Anyone had similar and anyone know how I can take this further?
