Salopettes for short-arses like me?!

Hi everyone, going skiing for the first time. Am size 10-12 but only 5'1''. Salopettes are sooo long any advice please?
Also any skiwear I try and find like jackets where I can put a layer or 2 underneath seem to have to be a M or L! Nothing seem remotely flattering! Any ideas gratefully received! Thanks!
(Have also posted in skiing thread but as this concerns clothing wasn't sure if this is the right place)

Dare2b do some short length ski trousers. Still slightly too long for me in trainers (trudge of shame from ski locker) but fine with ski boots. I'm 5ft 0

Their website is a bit bobbins as leg length isn't a filter option. www.dare2b.com/attract-iii-salopettesblack/

I've always bought snowboarding trousers instead. They are slightly shorter and once over your ski boot absolutely fine. I am 5"3

Just buy plain kids ones which will be much cheaper anyway from somewhere like Decathlon, some have adjustable legs for when your child grows but then at least you can adjust them.

Would recommend the short ski shop that Applefairy has linked. Good customer service too (we ordered different sizes then returned the ones that didn't fit).

The problem I've found with kids ones is that you still have to buy a teenage size for the hips/waist to fit (even if you're size 8) and at 5ft, the legs were still too long for me.
Personally I find the adjustable legs look messy (when of course I want to look ultra cool on the slopes Grin.
