Help me style this skirt

Any advice on what to wear with a whim purchase? It's a much nicer and more vibrant red than it looks on the photo.

I wear it with black tights, boots and a black v neck jumper

I normally wouldn't go for a red on bottom half. Would brown heeled ankle boots and white jumper tucked in work as well do you think?

Black opaque tights, dressed down with biker boots or up with heeled ankle boots and then I would add a bright clashing jumper - bright pink ?(Topshop have one but I don't know how to link)

Scratch that I think the Topshop one is sold out as I can't it anymore, but I would definitely choose a clashing/contrast colour - pink, colbat blue
