Got the shoes - help me find a dress

Please. I have these shoes, ready for afternoon tea with my OH, i want a nice dress to wear, unsure of what style/colour to go for. Can you help?

I must say that those shoes aren’t spectacular, they’re not to my taste at all

I like this. I like a very dark green with leopard. Or just a classic black shift dress but to the knee or midi length or it could look too night out.

Thanks everyone. I have a few ideas to try.
May just get a dress, that doesnt actually go with them shoes, maybe easier!

They're hard shoes to style at this time of the year. It's too cold to go bare legged for an afternoon tea but I can't think what tights would work with them. It would be easier if the print had a bit of black in it.

I think the shoes would be fine with black opaques.
