Should I?

I am 50. Size 8. 5 foot 4. Athletic looking but with boobs (hate them).

Last time I wore dungarees was 20 years ago when pregnant.

Thinking faded dark denim, relaxed style with legs folded up to lower calves and worn with long line tshirt and lace up plimsolls.

Will I look an actual dick or could I get away with it do you think?

Update.

Dungarees look bloody awful. Bad idea all round.

Jealous of those who are rocking their dungarees out there.

Oh dear. Mine are coming on Monday.

Absolutely love my two pairs of Lucy & Yak cord dungarees and every time - EVERY TIME - I wear them a woman will stop me to say she loves them and ask where they've come from! They are so comfortable and I think they look great. Word of warning, though - I ordered a pair of their new denim ones in the same size as my cord ones and they are MASSIVE. I looked like Stan Laurel wearing Oliver Hardy's overalls Confused

I got some in Pirmrak for £7 yesterday. Not tried them on yet. They are a grubby pale pink colour in cord and the fastening look a bit cheap.

I saw these online at Weekday and thought of this thread. I can’t remember how much they were but not mega. I also saw some in H&M in denim but didn’t get to look at them. How unhelpful am I ? Grin

It’s like jeans- you have got to hunt down the right pair.

Look at Lucy and Yak instagram- very diverse age range and ways of styling them.

Thankssomuch · 07/01/2019 20:52

Yes absolutely, it takes a bit of time to find the right pair. They vary a lot. By the way I think they are more popular with women than men - not that that bothers me - but my DH is not a fan of mine!

MaryLennoxsScowl · 07/01/2019 23:28

My DH likes mine because he can get his hands down inside them. Grin
