What watch to replace Daniel wellington?

I have a basic Daniel wellington watch that I purchased for £50 in a Black Friday sale years ago.

It's done me well but is looking tatty after daily wear and I fancy a change.

Please could anyone recommend a sub £100 watch with leather strap?

Marc Jacobs tend to do nice ones around that price.

I got a lovely accurist watch for about that price. It gets a lot of comments. I actually prefer it to the expensive Swiss watch my husband bought me last year!

I keep seeing Henry watches that look quite vintage in style. Has anyone had one and can vouch for them?

Fossil! So many lovely ones and a lot of choice of straps (metallic, coloured, rose gold, gold, silver etc)

Another vote for Olivia Burton, love mine.

Be careful with Olivia Burton. I bought a large face one three years ago and the quality was awful. After 6 months it kept stopping when I'd been away on a business trip. The battery was fine, it was a problem with the mechanism. I complained and was told that it could happen sometimes after being used on a plane Hmm

It was very pretty so I thought about getting it repaired but then a few months later one of the glued on numerals on the clock face fell off so I gave it up as a dud watch.

I didn't abuse it either, only daily use and took it off before washing hands etc so it never got wet.

I would however recommend Swatch. Some of there posher models are really nice and durable enough for every day whilst not costing too much

For example I love these, especially the rose gold one...

I've got a citizen eco drive which is lovely- h m samuel have a sale on at the moment and you get 10% off when you sign up for their e-mail newsletter so there's quite a few that then come to less than £100.
