Are Boden returns free?

I don't understand! Boden says free returns all over the website, but on their returns label (enclosed with my purchase) it says 'attach the pre-printed address label; take your parcel to your local Post Office and pay the required fee'. So does it cost to post stuff back, or not? Thanks!

I think sometimes that sale stuff is excluded from free returns. Or you have to spend over a certain amount or something.

You can use an older prepaid returns label, though, if you have one (I always keep all my unused ones, just in case!)

Or their customer service is usually pretty good - if you called them to complain, they might send you a prepaid label.

Free delivery and free returns usually requires a code at checkout.

My Boden orders always come with a free returns label but I also keep any unused ones in case.

I would call Customer services and ask check if it's not obviously a free return label.

I ordered last week too. Don't think there is a free returns label in that parcel but I ordered again and it does currently say 'free delivery and returns' so hopefully I'll get a free return label soon. Hoping not to return much but you just never know - sometimes the fit is a bit off!
