Opinions please 😀

Im after opinions on this outfit please.
Im taking my OH out for cocktails then afternoon tea, so im wanting to steer away from jeans/black skinnies. I like the black blouse with the flared sleeves, but struggling what to wear with it. Ive bought these trousers, but not sure if its too casual looking
Other than that i have just bought these shoes, so maybe a new dress, or resort to black trousers with them instead.

The trousers aren't dressy enough I think - I'd wear them as a casual outfit. I can't get a good look at the top. Dresses usually look much dressier!

Sorry I don't like the trousers, they're too baggy. Do you have a 'little black dress'? That would look lovely with those shoes and a bit of tan on your legs...

They don't match IMO. I'd go for coated or leather look jeans and some nice jewellery

That top is terrible. Chop off the sleeves before someone mistakes you for a flamenco dancer.

I'd go for a dress with the animal print shoes.

A nice bold coloured dress would be nice. Or keep it dark and add some nice lippy.

The top is, if I may say so, ugly. Also, the style of the top and bottom clash. The top is dressy, and the trousers, with the check, casual. Or as the french say, "habille" and "sport"

OP for what it's worth- I like the top!

Not a fan of the top. The trousers would look nice with black heels and a plain black top.

Love the shoes - they'd be great with a black dress.

The top isn’t my taste but would good with some coated jeans/skinnies or plain black 7/8 trousers and your shoes and a deep plum lippy.

The trousers are a bit too work wear I think. So save them for something else.

The top would also work with a leather pencil skirt, if a mini then flat knee boots and if longer then black ankle books.
