I'm struggling to find any decent tops that aren't super expensive.
I want a couple of 'going out' tops but not seeing anything that I like. I hate frills/cold shoulder/too sparkly stuff. I used to like Mint Velvet (shoot me ... 
) but the quality is so poor now and the designs so boring I've given up with them. Any suggestions?
