Knee high boots for petite

I'm 4ft 11 and on the look out for some black knee high boots ( not stiletto) either flat or chunky heel.

Obviously a pair that don't make me look ridiculous like Puss in Boots!

What size feet do you have? Have a look at Zara kids.

I second kids boots! I am taller so can't get away with their knee highs but only buy ankle boots from the kids sections - they seem to last much better.
