W7 primer. Have you used it?

I am in the market for a new primer. I have come across this one which is dirt cheap, just wondering if anyone's used it? I am late 40s and what I would mostly like to achieve is a non shiny forehead and staying power for my foundation (Estee Lauder doublewear and then MAC studio fix on top). Cheers all.

I use a different primer. But I've found what really helps to achieve a non shiny look is boots no7 Beautiful skin spf 15 for oily skin.

It moisturises but mattifies too. Then I apply primer & a bit of foundation,

I used this for a couple of years, and it is a great primer.
It is thick, and silicony, so you only need a bit. It mattifies and blurs beautifully, and foundation goes on smoothly on top.
Your skin feels like velvet.

Unfortunately, I had to stop using this, as my skin became too dry and dehydrated.
This primer left it taught, and was far too matifying for my skin as I aged.
I now use Rimmel fix and perfect primer, which adds moisture, but doesn't leave my skin oily. If my skin is flaky due to a rosacea break out, I use Maybelline baby skin mixed in with it.

Try it OP, it's such a bargain!
If you don't like it, keep it to use on no foundation days. It blurs like a dream.
Try out different moisturisers under it, to make it suit your skin and for longevity.

I've used it and it's really good. It's a good dupe for the smashbox primer.
